Each semester, the Offices of Student Affairs and Alumni Affairs & Development host an informational forum for Cooper Parents that cover a specific topic. From housing to mental health and anything else on parents' minds, The Cooper Union is a resource for everything you need to guide your favorite scholar through the unique experience of studying at Cooper.
In this section you will find take-away resources from past Parents Forums. We encourage you to explore and ask questions.
Finding housing in New York City is a daunting task for even the most seasoned city dwellers. In Spring 2016, the options and services available to Cooper students, as well as the nuts and bolts of finding housing independently, will be discussed at an informational forum.
Parents know that college life for their students can be emotionally challenging and stressful. Every fall, fellow Cooper parents, members of the Student Affairs team and an expert in the field discuss mental health issues facing today’s college students as well as available resources.
