Cooper in San Francisco

The Cooper Union invites alumni and friends to meet our new president, Laura Sparks, at one of San Francisco’s cultural gems—SFMOMA. Take an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the museum’s conservation department where guests will view the high-tech studio used to care for, restore and study prestigious works of art. We look forward to introducing you to President Sparks, Acting Dean of the School of Art, Mike Essl A’96 and the studio’s principal architect and Cooper professor Samuel Anderson AR’82. The Cooper Union would like to thank the SFMOMA Conservation staff and Sam Anderson for making this event possible.
