The Cooper Union Alumni Association and The Office of Alumni Affairs are proud to partner in this historic ceremony, once known as Founder’s Day Awards. Be our guests and meet the exceptional alumni who have earned the highest honors that the CUAA bestows: The Augustus Saint-Gaudens Award, the Gano Dunn Award, the John Q. Hejduk Award, The Peter Cooper Public Service Award, Alumnus of the Year and Young Alum of the Year.

Join us bright and early for breakfast on the steps of the Foundation building. Be sure to visit the Cooper library for a trip down memory lane—your yearbooks, photos and other surprises await—and stop by the newly-restored Peter Cooper Park.

10:00—11:30 a.m. | REUNION CEREMONY
The Great Hall, Foundation Building

Meet and hear from alumni, faculty and leadership of The Cooper Union. Laura Sparks, Cooper’s 13th President, will address Reunion 2017 attendees in the historic Great Hall along with Steven Hillyer AR'90, Peter Michaelian CE'02 and, Mike Essl A'96.

Renew your Cooper connections one last time before you head home in Peter Cooper Park.

COOPER CULTURE
If you have a couple of extra hours after Reunion, visit the Whitney Museum of American Art where five Cooper alumni are featured in the 2017 Biennial exhibition. This optional activity requires purchasing museum admissions tickets. Then walk along the west side’s wonderful elevated park, The High Line, which is free and open to the public and designed in part by Cooper-established architecture firm Diller Scofidio+Renfro.
